Really hope this fixes the keycard issue. Will find out in about 30 minutes.

My CT is installing 13.2.6 right now. I am curious about if the lane centering has improved. My truck has a tendency to hug the left or right parts of the lanes at times. It even drove out of my lane into the rough pavement cut on the highway before I had to intervene once. Hopefully it has been fixed. I will fiind out soon

I used FSD on my way home this morning after the update. I was snugly in the center of lanes. I never really noticed this hugging issue prior though.

I wonder if I need to recalibrate the cameras. If it continues to hug the left lane on the FM road near my house I may do a recalibration of the cameras to see if it improves this issue. It is VERY noticeable with my CT.

I just confirmed that both keycards work now post-update.
Can you confirm if you're able to add a new card to into the vehicle? I'm able lock/unlock now but I'm still unable to add any addition cards. Of course I deleted one of mine in an attempt to fix the issue a couple weeks ago.

Same - is there a way to tell the truck to record itself / the camera video during these events. For no reason - after bout 30 out of a 100 mile highway drive on 87N, my turck just decided to drive about 10" off to the right into the emergency lane. I sort of let it to see what i'd do but it didnt correct itself. It does this sometimes on the left lane too. Everything is fine, and then it just gets bored and wants to mess with me maybe...

disengage FSD and press the microphone button to leave a voice note on what happened. They'll get the video and report.

I have a the update and I have done about 30 miles with it. I am going to truly test it today. I have a 15 mile route that I do in the Bay Area that tests all of the things it struggles with.

  1. Hugging the Left - There is a portion of my route that goes through a tunnel (Oakland to Alameda) and if you are in the left lane, it almost rides on the yellow lane reflectors. It hits them every now and then, but what is scary is the tunnel wall is not far off from that point and the Cybertruck is very close to scraping it.
  2. Sudden Acceleration - Also on this route transitioning on the freeway from 580 to 980, if you are in the left hand lane when it gets to the "apex" of the turn, it signals to get over to the right hand lane, which is fine if that is what it wants to do, but it will all of a sudden hit the accelerator and make your butt pucker if you are not expecting it. I have been able to replicated it multiple times. I will test it out to see if it is still there from the previous release.
  3. Tailgating - I can test this anywhere, but at freeway speeds the previous version tailgates sometimes and it does not need to. If the car in front slams on their brakes for whatever reason, there are some distances that the Cybertruck based on pure physics will not be able to stop in time. Hopefully it eases off of the tailgating. The ultimate solution is to allow the driver to select a distance that aligns with their comfort level and conditions. The Cybertruck does not car if it is raining when it comes to deciding how close to get to another vehicle. And I know the Cybertruck knows it is raining because of the rain sensors.
So to me, these are the three things they need to address: Lane Centering (which should be easy to fix), the sudden acceleration (which my guess is a very rare case) and tailgating (which should be easy to fix).

I say all of that and wonder if the engineers actually drive a Cybertruck, because within 10 minutes you can see the lane hugging and tailgating. That should have been fixed on release #2.

To report FSD problems to Tesla while driving, you can use the voice command feature to say "Report," "Feedback," or "Bug report" followed by a brief description of the issue; this will capture relevant data and send it directly to Tesla for analysis;you can also disengage FSD by applying the brakes or steering wheel and then use the voice command option to provide feedback when prompted.

Are you primarily using the Hurry FSD profile? Wondering because of the sudden acceleration and tailgating is because hurry is more aggressive?

Have you changed profiles and have the same issues?

I use Standard 90% of the time, Chill 8% of the time and Hurry 2%. All of these issues happened in standard. Tailgating happens with all three. The sudden acceleration is a quick violent jolt, which is not a normal FSD feature.
