2025 Cybertruck - Are they being delivered yet?

Have you tried requesting a new VIN. Am hearing this may be faster than waiting for a new battery pack.

I did request another VIN, one that was showing available for immediate pickup (different configuration) but he said that one was on hold as well. They are supposed to reach out if one similar does become available for delivery. I asked if they were shipping the trucks back to Texas or if they expected the batteries to ship to them. He said mostly likely they will ship the batteries to them.

It is the HV battery pack. My Tesla rep said that replacements packs are needed and no ETA.

i just called and they patched me to service who is responsible for QA before delivery. They said they have not heard any update from corporate about what the fix is, when it will be available, etc.

somebody should know something. Probably engineering but hard for customers to get to engineering to understand what the issue, Fix, and timing is.
