2026.20.6.6 update now installing

Previous release I experienced smoother parking and more intelligent lane navigation than before. This release is a step backwards, back to moving into the right lane just before an on ramp when there was no traffic reason causing a merge issue. Parking after this update makes me look like I've never backed a vehicle up in my life. Pretty disappointing, hoping for a correction release soon.

Just installing the update now, hopefully they will have dialed down the phantom sensitivity.

Fingers crossed, the phantom is gone. Last night did update (2026.20.6.6/14.3.5) and no reappearance of any phantoms today!

It seems to be more confident now. CT was about to merge onto the on-ramp and last second decided to take the side road. Little confused but saw a backup on the main road a second later. Looks Ike it just happened and the Cybertruck changed course and I avoided an extra 5 minute or so of wait. I think it was based on vision and not the map. Yeah for me not much complain for several versions so far.

A "bug" for me today after using *Summon* to pick me up. When I got inside to drive home, there was no *Start Driving* icon. I drove away thinking it would eventually pop up on the screen. It never did. At a stop sign I put the truck in park. When it entered park the *Start Driving* icon returned to the screen and I activated FSD. Maybe I'm not operating *Summon* correctly? It had not done this before the update when using *Summon* and then driving away from a stop after using it.

Dumb question but bear with me. I've always parked at home with nice, reliable wifi for Fluffy. I'm in a hotel kind of between homes for 27 more days. Ugh. Questions is: Will Fluffy update over the air or will it wait until I connect to wifi again?

Same happened to me tonight. Fsd returned after park. Also had camera blacked out and fsd visualizations error. Truck drove fine. Will see if it happens again ( ive been having summon come pick me up at the door of work, so far pretty flawless… a few jaws on the floor too)

Can it not use the hotel's wifi?

Oddly enough, no. Also can't use the hotel wifi for random things. Security settings on their wifi aren't good enough for some things and the truck may require more security. IDK. I tried this morning before heading to work. Maybe I didn't give it enough time to connect. I got irritated and left without connecting.

Experienced another faux pax today using summon. Parked in same spot at restaurant I had previously used "Summon' with success. A straight shot down the parking lot with a left at the end and about 30 feet to my point of pick-up. 007 was parked with front end directly pointing out from the parking space. Instead of coming out of the parking spot and driving straight down the parking lot, he immediately made a right out of the parking spot and then stopped dead before entering a public street. *I had to make the Walk of Shame back to him in front of my friends. *

On a very interesting note, I held a phone to my ear today in FSD and never received a "Device in Hand Detected" warning for approximately 2-3 minutes of talking. FSD 14.3.5 seems to be very tolerant of having a phone in your hand now.

I believe it is to correct the *Summons* bug. I have a friend who had the same experience using *Summon* with his CyberTruck as I reported having. Went the wrong way and had to stop it.
