2026 model year (only) Build Issues - report them here

Hi all,
As some of you may know I am in the middle of a buyback/replacement for my 2025 AWD.

I’m curious to know what issues 2026 owners are seeing out of the gate. Please follow the below format so we can keep track of correlation between build dates, VIN ranges and issues.

1. Issue
2. Last five of VIN.
3. Build date.
4. Base, Premium AWD, or Beast.

the '26 is a different feeling truck. I have had two other beasts (39k and 49k) - day and night different feeling - quieter and tighter feeling all around. much more refined ride

Keep getting an air suspension unavailable notification. Bringing it in on Monday.

that was my issue as well. left rear suspension sensor was at fault. seems they had a bad run on them as I know 2 others all within the early 90k vin range with same issue

so my
2026 Cybertruck awd prem
Vin 92382. Is perfect so far
It replaced my 2024 foundation bin about 1100 that had just a few issues. But… the 2026 is significantly quieter, smoother and just all around perfect.

MY2026 delivered in Nov 2025
AWD 86,9xx VIN
5,xxx miles and literally zero issues for complaints. Truck is very tight, no rattles, drives better than any car I’ve owned.

EDIT: Oh, technically the tonneau didn’t work on delivery but that was sorted on the Due Bill.

4 - 2026 Model Ys. Mine, 2 family members (AWD) and a neighbor (RWD). 2 are stealth gray, one is white, 1 is silver. All built from 4/25 - 7/25. 3 are from Fremont, 1 from Austin. They're all beautiful, well put together and no problem with any of them. We all agree that they're by far the best vehicles we've ever owned. None has ever been back to the SC. I also have an $59k Dual Motor Cybertruck ordered, supposedly due Sep/Oct 2026.
