So my buddy and I were at the live event on 11/30. He put a $250 deposit on the $99,000 3 motor beast. Where does he fall in line? This was his very first deposit.
My $100. ( 2 motor) Deposit is from Over 4+ years ago on Black Friday. So who will have an opportunity first to finalize an order? His that’s 2+months old or mine that’s 4+ years old? We’re both in Calif. if that even matters anymore.
So unless I win a spot for the FS am I waiting for a year plus. Or my buddy that’s only 2 months into Tesla, is he much further away than me with a build?
Do I give up hope and look at other brands that might never get off the ground?
So did I get lucky winning the live event ticket only to be thrown in the back of line for the real deal?

Meaning, you’re assuming they built every VIN between 1470 and 2212

which you know good and well, having followed/drafted this forum’s VIN tracking thread, is a tenuous assumption to assert with the bluster of “do the math”

you have no idea, at the end of the day, how many VIN gaps are between 1470 and 2212, and you know it, but don’t state it?

Because makes for good xwitter fan fiction?

they could be producing far more than 742 in that period (if they’re eg building them all in that range, plus others in prior gaps - or out ahead of 2212), or far less (if they eg have a gap between 1480 and 2200).
why you mad, bro?

I got to meet you for a moment! I remember. You told me Sandy had wrist bands or something.

Your buddy may be waiting a bit, I am not sure how many more Foundation Series truck invites will go out, but they're still trickling.

Who me?

Oh, it’s only internet-level fodder

But at internet level? Honestly?

I just kind of have a thing against intellectually dishonest xwitter minor-influenzas who knowingly propagate falsities and half-truths in order to lick the boot of popularity, and a few xwitter-shillings.

Of which, this is just the most recent of many examples.

That, and:

That is correct. Did you make it to the after party? I can't remember, my eyes were seeing double that night.
