This means you have a VIN internally. Can't complete trade-in step without it.

I believe this is the first 2/22 order to get a VIN. Congrats!
My account on my PC shows complete trade in, but trade-in is still blacked out in the Tesla app. Not sure if its a glitch, or if the offer to complete trade-in is a glitch in my account on my PC. I have messaged Tesla.

I also have the directions to complete trade in task on the web but my mobile app will not let me. I messaged Tesla as well

Tesla support person says to hold off on completing because the trade in is only valid for 30 days

I’ve had the complete trade in on my Account since the initial pre delivery tasks was opened up in mass. App is still blocked.

Ask Tesla for a "blemished" discount to keep them. Mine are still in the shipping stage.
Unfortunately the hardware to install is also missing. The screws they use are proprietary to the L-Track. It’s not a regular bolt from the hardware store. They must of made an exit somewhere along the route.

I would ask them to ship out replacement bolts, and discount the tracks.

Have any of you guys who took delivery or has VIN or advanced through prep steps received a call from tesla rep asking if you'd want to subscribe to FSD? and if so - have you subscribed then? I wonder if that moved you ahead of the line.
