A Colorado license plate.

Must be a constituent or ex of that we know who.

No supercharger around for miles and even these one are far in between very few, this one with just two stations.

With one of these and 16 ft of G100 ½" chain your truck could clear out that space pretty quick.

Not all us CO folks are bad… but you hit the nail on the head… the issues I run into here is nearly always a Subaru ?. I have gotten 2 middle fingers … both from Subaru drivers. I always get a good laugh when that happens and I see the make is a Subaru. Nothing to see here… move along ?

Here … this kind of exlains CO Subaru drivers:

Tempted.

But the other guy waiting after me was probably looking for a drill bit on his console.

Who/What are you talking about?

I see an empty space and a Cybertruck adjacent and they seems to be plugged in. There's a Rivian in front of the Cybertruck.

I see a Subaru next to it parked.
I do not see any specific ground markings indicating charging only. I don't see any signs either.

With the cord length and the pedestal type, this appears to be a J-1772 charger.

Agree. Maybe we’re missing something but it looks like the Rivian just pulled out of a legit EV space (although unmarked). A CT could not use the space the Subaru is occupying anyway unless there’s another pedestal off-frame to the left of the picture, but the post said only two spots so that seems unlikely. Sorry if I’m not getting it. Pre-coffee post. What are we missing here?

Looking at the pedestal, there are charging cables on both sides. The Subby is occupying the space on the left side (as viewed) of the pedestal. The retractable support wire for the charging cable on the left side shows that the left-side cable is stretched across the empty space on the right side, and is likely plugged into the Cybertruck.

It looks as if the Subby was squatting in the left side charging space and the some vehicle (the Rivian?) was parked and charging in the right side when the Cybertruck backed up to the right of that vehicle and managed to get connected to the left side of the pedestal. The Rivian appears to be either backing out of the empty slot on the right side or perhaps maneuvering into that space.

It's a bit of a cluster one way or another.

Ah, gotcha. Thanks for clarifying, wtibbit!! I see the cable now. A cluster for sure - although if I'm honest, I've come across similar issues at gasoline stations many, many times. I think this EV edition of the cluster is only going to get worse now that Ford and others can use Tesla SC but have to take up two slots to do it. I don't have a big issue sharing but taking up two slots for one non-Tesla EV seems to me to be a bit of a problem - unless they expand the network quickly (which I know is the plan but plans often fail or get delayed). Remember, Tesla is also ramping up production of vehicles right now so the SC network might not be able to support both that and the newbies from Ford et. al.

This isn't a Supercharger. It doesn't even appear to be a DC Fast Charger. Just 2 L2 J-1772 plugs. You can partially determine because of the small pedestal, but even more by the long cables.

I had to "ICE" a gas station yesterday as I pulled up with the Cybertruck pulling the boat. The boat needed gas.

The only 1-finger salute I've received in 8 years of Tesla ownership was from a Subaru driver. I just waved as the snowflake drove by.

Yeah, I wandered off-topic into the SC arena, sorry about that - I never said this was a SC station, and agree, it’s not. I just extrapolated from this “cluster" to other clusters I have seen, experienced, and now predict. Pretty funny story about the boat needing gas. ;)

Detective @wtibbit is correct in his analysis.

When I arrived, Rivian is charging and the Coloradian with silicon enhancement was parking on the other charging station.

I maneuvered into the small space to see if the charging cable will stretch to it.

A staff saw me and volunteered to move the service golf cart for me to take the non-parking space or service slot. And hence, the stretched charging cable.

However, the Rivian finished charging and moved into their space.

With an added tip that I can just plug in and I'll charge free. I used my credit card earlier.

F*ck, these places' charging rate is $0.40/kWh.
