Active Noise Cancelling installed ... but not active?!

After the latest software update (few weeks back) I noticed my cabin is noticeably louder at Highway speeds. Not sure if it’s coincidence or not. Service appointment scheduled

I suspected this was already active when I first got my CT but now I know I was just hearing the in seat fans running.

ANC is horrible on my '23 MS. If it never comes to the CT, that's fine with me. Not only is it barely noticeable and takes many minutes to activate, but at times will start loudly rumbling like a jet engine and I have to shuffle through the menus to shut it off.
