Advance release C2 Cybertruck: Due to the obvious popularity of the dual motor edition, should Tesla early release ten per month?

Of course! It's become clear some of us can't wait to get our hands on our new Cybertruck, so to be fair, we'll just start with... ME!
They should start producing the Tri-motor version for people in the geographical area of Papillion, Nebraska... :sneaky:

Ehh- I’ll sacrifice and be the perfect early release guinea pig... East coast, rural near major cities and traveling roughly 30k miles per year to serve clients in4 different states...,. I don’t over promise, I’m humble, and very well respected by my clients.... I’m a good consideration from a marketing stand point..., just sayin Elon?????

No one really knows. A lot of people are speculating that the tri-motor will come first since there’s more profit in that version. I think they might start with the dual motor since that configuration is most familiar for Tesla (start with easy and work out from there). We probably won’t know until deliveries start getting confirmed.

Its 650000 ordered that would take a life time
Speaking of production, what's Fremont making 4k a month? So assuming half the preorders dont go through that still leaves around 300k, /4k = 75 months /12 = 6.25 years until I would get my single motor. 0.0 is this correct?

They’re not going to wait until every dual motor order is filled before starting single motor. At that rate the single motor would never reach production.

But it could be a year or so after production begins before the singles start rolling out.

In the beginning, the single motor was slated to roll our first, followed by the dual and trimotor. But then Elon realized there were more reservations for the trimotor than the single, so he flipped it around, and said tri and dual first, followed by single motor. I think it helps that they make more on the tri.???

Freemont was pushing out about 7,000 Model 3s per week there at one point which is 350,000 per year (taking off the usual 2 weeks for maintenance/vacation). You can bet that the NEWER Cybertruck facility will not be less efficient at producing a vehicle that is "easier to manufacture" than the Fremont factory. No, I'll bet there will be half a million Cybertrucks on the road within 2 years of start of production.

I think weekly production for the CT will start around 5,000 per week, roughly 250,000 per year, and increase annually. CT orders will start pouring in once the vehicle hits the streets and people see it in the person.
