This is starting to get old. My CT has been in the service center longer than I’ve been able to drive it. Had it on the road one hour after leaving service center yesterday and here we go again with the warning lights. ??‍♀ has anyone had this continue to happen? I’m just about over it. Why does this continue to happen? Oh and next service appointment isn’t available u til mid-December!!

I just took mine into the shop for this. It generally happens to me when driving >45 minutes. And once it happens it will continue to happen until I let it rest.

In the shop they leak tested it and stress tested it (going into extract and then down to entry multiple times). The leak test was during the day and then again overnight. Everything checked out fine and that’s when the service advisor called me and I gave him the details about road trips being the time when it showed up. After that call, they completely drained the system and loaded it with nitrogen instead of air. I pick my truck up today and have to do a longer drive tomorrow. So, I’ll be able to test it shortly and will report back.

I'm reporting back. After picking up my truck it faulted (suspension cannot raise) in less than 1 mile from service center. I wasn't nor am I upset. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I waited until this morning to try again. I hopped in for a drive and about a mile down the road it gave the error message again. My default height is medium and that is where it is. however, I couldn't raise it to high. It seems to drive/ride just fine but it ain't going anywhere if I try to change the height. My ability to change my suspension is gone as near as I can tell. This behavior is worse than it was before taking it in. My wild ass guess is that it isn't firmware nor leaks. My best bet is that it is a faulty pressure sensor or chronic overheating. I will have them look at it during the next service appointment when I can get it sometime in 2027 or so.

I had this air suspension error message on my CB after 1 month of delivery. On after a short drive, then went away the next morning. About 2-3 weeks later, my CB low voltage error occurred (red flashing screen of death). Took tesla 2 weeks to diagnose and replaced the PCS. Been driving more than a month now, haven't seen the suspension error again (I've haven't reported the suspension error to tesla). Maybe the PCS was dying and couldn't power the power hungry air compressor for the suspension? My guess.
