Annoying Steering Wheel Clicking Noise

I get this clicking noise whenever I turn the steering wheel to a certain point on the left and same when turning it to the right

I have a service appointment scheduled for July 1, but the clicking noise is really irritating

Does anyone have any tips or suggestions for a temp fix until the service appointment ?

Try pressing up against the bottom of the Steering Column. There’s a loose “sleeve” that vibrates on my truck whenever I hit bumps and sounds familiar

I'm experiencing the exact same clicking noise on my Cybertruck. It happens at a certain point when turning the steering wheel to the left and also to the right, just like you described in your video.


Did your July 1 service appointment resolve the issue? If so, could you share what the service center found and what the fix was? I'm curious whether they replaced any parts (like the Steering Column Control Module) or just adjusted/shaved the plastic housing around the steering column.


I'm about to book my third service visit for this same issue, so any details from your invoice or repair notes would be super helpful. Thanks!
