Any Canadians being invited to configure? seeing some on Kijiji - scam?

Any Canadians get invited to configure? Suspect it is a scam but seeing some folks on Kijiji listing CT's they have been invited to configure or have completed order and are waiting to take delivery. I saw the CT at Yorkdale and Sherway in Toronto a couple weeks back. The Tesla folks there were mentioning early 2025 for Canadian deliveries.
