Any luck reaching the Powershare team?

I’ve been emailing the powersharesupportna@ alias re: an issue with my certified installer but no response whatsoever. Does anyone have a better contact I could reach out to?

For context, Treehouse (the assigned installer) is saying they won’t have a timeline to install Powershare so looking to get the $2500 voucher instead.

You didn’t mention if your truck is a Beast or AWD. If you have a Beast you need to cancel your installation with Qmerit first.

You didn’t mention if your truck is a Beast or AWD. If you have a Beast you need to cancel your installation with Qmerit first.

Why so? I got a email for filling a survey from Qmerit and recently got a beast

In OPs case he has an AWD and only gets the 2,500k voucher to spend as he wishes. In your case (as in mine) we get 4k towards installation and 2,500k to buy the gateway and UWC Once You approve the installation Quote and Qmerit approves it unlocks through a link credit to order the aforementioned equipment. If you cancel the installation before the equipment was ordered,you should be able to use the credit at the Tesla shop.

This is interesting. Treehouse (similar to qmerit) never ordered the equipment since it’s been sold out. If I cancel with them, I’m hoping that would trigger Tesla to send me a voucher.

It’s a bit confusing with this whole process especially since I already signed a contract with Treehouse. It sounds like they can’t fulfill the contract since they’re telling me that Tesla has asked them to rescope current Powershare installations due to the lack of equipment.

My installer here in FL is getting weekly shipments of gateways. Does not appear to be an equipment shortage according to them.

I finally got communication from Qmerit, but seemed like it would never happen!!! After filling out the survey for a second time, they assigned an installer (ChargePro), who has been very attentive… phone calls, texts, emails, etc. ChargePro sent out an electrician to assess the installation and provide input for a quote. His feedback was pretty routine installation and would probably be “around” the Tesla $4K allowance. So, ChargePro sends their quote to Qmerit, then Qmerit reviews and sends you the quote. Well, the quote came in at $6,200!! I called ChargePro and walked through the details… found that even though I had asked NOT to have a separate load panel for the contractor, they scoped it with a breakout sub-panel. I asked them to change and re-submit. Got a revised quote back with a final bill of $240!! Have to be vigilant! Also found out the installers only have certain pre-defined options they can use to describe installation to Qmerit (like checking boxes), so seems to me a lot of room for interpretive error. NEW QUESTION - I have a beast, took delivery on Aug 8/12, reached out to QMerit for a PowerShare install (they previously confirmed that my house was eligible), on 8/27 received an email from Tesla saying that my account was credited with $2500 since my eligibility for PS expired. What?? O 8/28 I received an email from Merit assigning a local installer. The on 8/30 my account has a $2500 credit appear. I want to connect with Tesla and get the quote for PowerShare but want get any response through the SC or vial the Tesla email that sent the notification. I Need HELP!

yah... I was finally able to get a quote... This is for an unfinished, detached garage with the panel on one side of the garage, the universal charger on the other side of the garage and the city power box literally on my property right behind the garage... Tesla can shove their powershare up their sphincter. $3300 to upgrade the box from 150 to 200 amps may be fair or not. I don't know. But to charge over 1200 to run a cable (the garage is unfinished and does not even need a conduit) and wire the universal charger is highway robbery. I was told that these prices are set by Tesla. If that is true, they must think that anyone that is willing to spend 120k on the cybertruck is either an idiot or does not care about money at all and does not mind lighting it on fire. I am so pissed with my fist experience with Tesla that this purchase will be my last new Tesla purchase. Would I buy a used Tesla? Sure, if the price is right. But between the beast purchase process and this powershare bull I am done dealing with Tesla directly!
