Looks like the reviews are basically that the item arrived damaged but that the seller refunded or replaced. Couple of responses that seem “paid for”. Meh. Worth the shot imo… ebay always favors buyers in disputes anyway.

While I agree with the vendors above, I’d add that if you’re going to go the cheap route like this, pick a color that’s easy to match with a higher quality brand in case you run into specific problem areas.

Pretty good, but not always. I was a victim of the delivery scam; ‘seller’ inputs a tracking number going to your ZIP code but not your address to show a package as delivered. Called the carrier and they confirmed the package was not going to my address. When I challenged the auction, eBay sided with the ‘seller.’ Had to go through my CC company to get the money back. Worse yet, when I gave a negative review, eBay allowed the ‘seller’ to remove it. Talk about adding salt to a wound.

That’s why I am very reluctant to buy from someone under 99% positive. IMO, chances are good negative reviews are being squashed.

Not in my recent experience. I purchased a new motor for my son's 350z convertible top and in the title it said $50 rebate for sending bad motor as well as it being all over the page. I confirmed through ebay message that it was true. I sent the bad motor and have mail receipt, pictures, ebay messages between myself and seller. No rebate and ebay sided with the seller.
