Just came across something pretty wild — apparently there's a company called The Wrap Empire in Houston, Texas that's now a certified installer for Armored CyberGlass, which is bullet-resistant glass made specifically for the Tesla Cybertruck.
From what I read, it’s not just a cosmetic upgrade — this stuff is legit ballistic protection. The glass is designed to meet high security standards while still keeping the Cybertruck’s performance and aesthetics intact. Basically, they’re turning Cybertrucks into actual armored vehicles while keeping that sleek Tesla vibe.
Here's their site: thewrapempire.com
Has anyone here gotten this installed or know someone who has? Would love to hear real-world feedback — especially curious about weight, clarity, and how it affects driving performance.
Pretty nuts to think we’re entering the era of bulletproof EVs.
Thoughts?
