Hit the mic button and wait a about 4 seconds then hit it again.

To prevent that message from ever popping up is simple.

Don't use FSD and it never pops up. Otherwise let it finish the trip and disengage on its own.

Some unlock the drivers seatbelt, not really safe. if you disengaged while the red hands is up it doesn’t count, then re click the seat belt.

it’s part of FSD now.

I hate this pop up so much. FSD won't back into my driveway so I always disengage right before I pull in. The pop up takes a quarter of the screen and blocks whatever is behind me. If they won't get rid of it at least move it off of the damn visualizer and put it on the other side of the screen.

I have to disengage multiple times a trip because it's doing stupid navigation maneuvers. Why wont it stay in the HOV lane when it's clearly the right choice? Why would it exit the express lane only to reenter the normal highway lane which is clearly slower?

I see how many F bombs I can drop in the time given. There. That's my forced feedback. You force me to give feedback. that's it. every time. several times a day. Usually in increasing and varying levels of complexity and amusement.

Even adult entertainment sites REMOVE the popups when you pay for it.
This forced popup from hell is very un-tesla like and horrific. It needs a 'never show this again' option.

Can you click the right hand scroll wheel button to intervene instead? I just got my CT so I’m stuck on factory base FW for another few weeks, but I can click the right wheel to cancel FSD and avoid being asked why.
I know that’s not always situationally viable compared to grabbing the wheel or hitting the break pedal, but I’ve started doing the button for most casual take overs now.

💯
I don’t use FSD anymore. When they fix this nonsense I might consider using it again.

- FS Beast owner. FSD is TERRIBLE right now.

Dear @Tesla, Please stop forcing Cybertruck users of FSD to give you feedback/reasons for disengaging FSD. I paid a lot for it, and I want to use it at my discretion without your harassment. One outcome of your harassment is that I use it less, and am rediscovering how much fun my truck is to drive. I even recommend to new owners not to get FSD until you remove the forced feedback. It will be worth the cost again once we can use it without your harassment.

The main reason it's there is because as they push towards unsupervised, they need to get an idea for exactly why disengagements happen. Definitely is annoying, but if they get to a point where they have data showing that the reason a vast majority of disengagements happen because of something like parking (me too, always goes on the wrong side of the driveway lol), then it'll hopefully make them one step closer to unsupervised where the liability is entirely on them (one can hope at least)

You guys need to get a life. Just select a reason already. My only complaint is that the old voice recording system likely was more useful as the fixed selections don’t always cover all the reason for the intervention.

I find on the issue of going into my garage - if I intervene and then immediately activate FSD again the system will drive into my garage perfectly.

Also the cyberbeast will drive into my garage at night everytime but I have to do this two step process in the daytime.

On the selection of a route to a destination- let the system follow the route it calculates is the shortest - if you are one of these back road secret route sort of guys that won’t shut up giving unrequested directions from the back seat - just don’t use FSD - save $99 a month. The system does calculate the best route in terms of time and traffic- set the recalculate time down real low - that might fit your personality. But not likely.

I agree, that is annoying. It covers everything up. At minimum it needs to be opaque to what’s behind it and go away if you don’t reply in 30 sec maybe.
