Anyone successfully got the extra 10% off (on top of the 30% federal credit) on a Solar / Powerwall Order?

At first glance, it looks like Tesla (domestic manufacturer) would qualify under the Electrode active materials and Critical minerals sections.
The Tesla chat rep had no idea, so I figured I would ask the experts.
I figured someone here must have seen this and tried before me.

I can't answer your question, but in CA in 2021 we did receive the promised 25% tax rebate without issue.

Those are credits for manufacturers, not consumers.
