Anyone test the Range hit from removing front wheel aero bits (aka the removable pieces in front of front tires)?

Lol, yes, I have plenty of range anxiety without doubt...I'm working on it! I have 3500 miles in 6 weeks of ownership, unfortunately lots of shorter trips...I typically get on a plane vs. drive if it's a longer trip (I dont have as much time as some). And I was trying to come up with a plan B - aka find a farmer with a shed with a 14-50, etc.... in the end, still have my diesel 2500 for my 13k toy hauler so it's an option and unfortunately it may be the preferred one until charging in WY get's improved...if just one of the two superchargers was a 250kw I'd be in business....I'll do several more trips before I give in, if there's a will there's a way, just need to try / learn / etc and then make an informed decision and figure out how big of a hurry I'm in on that particular day!
A 150kW charger doesn't take that much longer than 250kW. That's all I had for about 3 years.
By the time you get to about 30%, there's no difference.

I just did this!
Think the CyberTruck looks better without them. So I simply removed the Front Fairings.
Did not realize the efficiency loss without them on the highway!
I originally thought it was the 9°F ( -12°C) temperature. Nope. Got the same horrible "mileage" at 51°F (10°C) !
Left my Cybertruck at the Airport for several weeks (Loss of 2 miles (3 km) of range per day with Sentry and Cabin Overheat Protection OFF)
This was witnessed over a 200 mile (322 Kilometer) travel distance.
I just reinstalled the Front Wheel Fairings today.
If I witness the same terribad efficiency with them back on, I may re-remove them and attempt to find the culprit of my poor mileage.
