Joe Rogan & Jordan Peterson willbe among the first 150 guaranteed
Joe Rogan has the most listened to podcast in the world, so that would be smart. Mr beast has the most subscribed YouTube channel, so that would also be smart.

In the past I have not noticed most EV Youtubers getting cars earlier then it makes sense for someone with an early reservation to get one. Often the first people to get them are not the Youtubers and they rush to find a person in the community who will let them do an initial review of their vehicle.

Most of those youtubers can't afford to purchase every EV that comes out anyways, so that is how they do a lot of their reviews.

I am sure there are some celebrities in Elon's orbit that can be considered insiders who might get them early.

Jay Leno would probably get the offer, although he might not take it.

This was my first thought too, but I think he will take it. He talks about his Plaid pretty often.

Joe Rogan also seems like a likely candidate.

Tesla YouTuber's make their living my releasing timely Tesla videos of great interest, or even hype, or whatever the case may be. Thus, it's a business expense to reserve early and eventually take delivery of the latest Tesla model that no one else has yet, the sooner they take delivery, the more public interest, viewers and, the most income they can generate from their first video of a new product release. One video can easily be monetized to far more than the measily price of the new car.

What does all this mean? Unless they were falling down on the job, Tesla influencers are already at the very front of the line. They do whatever it takes to be as close to #1 as possible because their income depends upon it and they do what it takes to make it happen, including camping overnight at a delivery center if that's where the first reservations will be taken. Influencers and YouTubers who reserve on-line know how to get in the second the system starts taking reservations, including using multiple computers, VPN's and/or whatever they think will increase their odds of getting that very early delivery number.

Most of them will not share their early reservation secrets because they don't want new competition for the next new product release.

So, enough of the baseless assumptions that influencers are "cutting places" in the Cybertruck delivery cue, this is fake rhetoric that people hope will help them divide and conquer Tesla buyers. Munro and Associates are not as saavy as the YouTubers (yet), which is why they have to pay big bucks to an early reservation holder.
Are there any more Tesla specific ones?
