Appeal for FSD transfer? Anyone press this hard @ delivery?

I bought my '26 AWD Cybertruck under the impression I would be able to transfer FSD from my foundation. A few people on here told me it was not possible to transfer FSD from a foundation series, but I was assured by a couple of rep's from Tesla that it could be done.

For context, my pick up was the end of March. Right at the deadline for transfers.

The day before my pickup, I asked for the transfer forms and was told I would not be able to transfer FSD..... I said "fine, go ahead and cancel". It was the only reason I considered doing it and was perfectly fine keeping my '24 foundation CT. The rep said I had to text back "cancel" to confirm my intent so I texted "cancel".

About 10 minutes later, they called back and said they would go ahead w/ the transfer if I still wanted the truck.

I was absolutely and emphatically assured by my rep that I would be able to transfer fsd from my Model S to my base Cybertruck when I ordered it on the 28th of February. I received the notice to fill out the final forms for delivery today and I plan to call tomorrow and press hard for them to honor their word. Yes they have the right to change terms. Does that mean they could deliver the vehicle without tires if they want to?
