I found the drawing wrong. Wire colors are not what Tesla provided in manual. My trailer auxiliary power wire was black and the ground white. Also, you don't need to us trailer mode on, just need to select auxiliary power in trailer menu but you also need to select "keep power on" in Putlets and Mods. Or power will turn off in 2 minutes.
uht oh hater alert. Not a single issue will come of this, ever. Promise, so you can now move on.
Those are not Tesla colors, they are trailer colors. And they are not universal. they vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. They are just the most often colors. The pins are the same always.

Right. Pins are same. Colors on truck are not what Tesla states on manual still. Just wanted to put it out there.

Disconnect, reconnect, disconnect, reconnect....
Why? , if you connect a fridge to it for example you could just turn it on/off using the ui trailer aux power switch no?

Yes I did. It’s an extremely cool project. It’s just a little more wiring and modifiying than I want to do so I was thinking about powering my 12v stuff off of a port adapter like the one I posted keeping a small power station alive or even just directly powering a 12v fridge.
I was kind of thinking this was intended as a discussion rather than a tutorial but certainly appreciate your informative post.
I think my friend @TeslaKen has written some stuff up too about using the trailer power.
I can’t seem to remember where to find a link but his blog is pretty well organized.
