I am really getting the Kickstarter feeling to this whole process. I am going to wait and love the discussions, but at some point, I hope we can get details form Tesla and not the trickling out of "Insiders" and speculation.
Kickstarter has the terrible habit of announcing a delivery date and then as it gets close suddenly, they have an updated packaging that needs material they can't get for months or other redesign something that either is only a minor improvement but takes months to re prototype and reconfigure manufacturing. It is not uncommon to go 2 plus years beyond the promised date. This is all on things like an Axe. Really ? We have been making them for thousands of years...
But back to the CyberTruck I know it is a huge undertaking and the process is complex. . I am still excited and know I am unlikely to see one in my driveway before late 2025. My order number is in the mid 400k. Once some deliveries start it will make it all the better.

Kickstarter is a platform and process, not a company you buy products from.

Your statement makes as much sense as if you replace the word 'Kickstarter' with 'flea market'.

Ahhh…. But this is an axe made of graphene. It’s super light, won’t corrode, cuts through trees like butter, and because of its super strength, it can be used to break rocks. If enough people order, the stretch bonus is a hand chain saw that is stored in the axe handle, made with the same graphene, won’t ever need to be sharpened.
Of course, in order to make enough axes, we will need to triple the current worldwide production of usable graphene. We had enough to build our prototype so we could make great videos though.
Since this is a new process, our prototype was made by hand. If we can’t create a good production methodology, the axes will all be handmade.
Order now to make sure you can get this one of a kind axe.

Franz probably used Kickstarter to source that sweet sledgehammer

Hey man, I don't care if I have to ride in the vault! Any place in the CT is a good place.
Be careful what you wish for.
A Cyber version of one of these could be what shows up

I dont think Tesla will entertain and CT pick-ups and tour there....will be too much of a distraction and they will not have the resources to provide....in addition, insurance will be a staggering amount for liability for a just opened factory.....JMHO
Hmmm.... Time has passed....

they will not have the resources to provide....
Me thinks Tesla and resources are not having any trouble finding each other any more.

for a just opened factory
LOL.... GFTX "just opened"..... We all had high hopes I'm sure.... But "just opened" no longer applies and we are not yet even taking any deliveries.
