One time, in 1923, a hood flew open during transport just about wrecking the car, and because they tried to backcharge the driver/loader, the union insisted from now on all hoods get taped down...Meanwhile, can you ask your sources why they’re consistently having to duct tape the hoods shut?
they’ve done this on basically all the transport units (different methods used, but almost all of them taped shit one way or another)
