I used this jack to perform both seasonal swaps. you have to fight a bit with jack mode and heights, but basically, you raise up to low/medium, slide this bottle jack into place for the wheel, lower the truck to low/entry, enable jack mode, loosen the lugs, jack up until the tire is off the floor, do the swap, lower the jack, raise the truck, move to the next tire. if you want to skip the air suspension shenanigans, just put 4x 1" boards under your tires and take them out as you do each swap.
