Hold the bottle in your right hand upright. Hold your left arm across your chest. Mash the bottle top into the fattest part of your left forearm (keeping the bottle upright). While it's mashed in there, straighten your left arm. The cap will spin right off and, if you successfully do this parlor trick, the cap kinda sticks to your forearm. LOL

Left handed? Yeah, still hold the bottle in your right hand, weirdo. Lefty loosy and all that.
