It was over ten years ago when I opened my last glass bottle of beverage. I’ll carry around the Cybertruck bottle opener just for looks.

The bottle opener looks like it only cost five cents to stamp out at the factory( in China). Why does it cost fifty bucks at the end user?

The Cyberwhistle was $50, and sold by Tesla on their website.

This Novelty key ring, bottle opener is made by one of the forum members, Newton. I think he's in a metal shop class, and got some 3mm S.S. which he has done some testing with and now during the holidays, he has handmade these. He's selling them for $10 + shipping. Mine was less than $15 total. It arrived very promptly (3 days). 3 mm is almost as thick as 2 keys and is VERY strong.

It made a friend. I think they are going to live on the same keyring.

Tiny gripe about the opener, it’s a bit too short to really give good leverage. (Had to try it out right off the bat).
Did you test it before you put it on a key ring? I have mine on a key ring and with the keys & fob, in the palm of my hand it opened my Modelo just fine. :)

No, was thinking the same. I’ll test it out tonight with the ring

Similar. Don’t need bottle openers but can’t be the only one without, two ordered because my son will want one. After I give it to him, surprise, I have another!

Agreed that a lifting motion would be easier than the designed pressing motion, but when able to use it any further I should probably stop drinking

im hardly making anything on these. I had the material from previous testing
And wanted to make something for CT enthusiasts (our forum members) to have that showed the materiel of the truck and not be useless.

people are selling 3d printed CT whistle for 10$ (that they didnt even design, just took from thingiverse site )... anyone with a 3d printer (i have 2) could make for like 25 cents

yea, the 1st design (pic) had lifting as the key way to open it, But I really wanted to copy the CT image as the opener cut-out. perhaps i got lost in form over function
