brake pad red dust

has anyone found a product that will clean the red brake pad dust off the wheels and tires? I tried all my tire cleaners and wheel cleaners..... none will remove it...

I found that removing the stupid wheel covers and throwing them in the trash has greatly reduced the red dust on the rear. I just used some car wash soap in a bucket with water and dipped microfiber in there then just scrubbed the wheels. Now with no covers it’s not as bad as long as I get regular car washes. At the car wash I always spend a few minutes wiping all the wheels to keep the dust at bay. When I had the covers on it was just hiding all the build up.

I hit my tires and rims wish a power washer yesterday. I got some off, but still some red.

I ditched the wheel covers. I commute 150 miles a day, and see no difference in range.
