Can you choose delivery in another state than where you register?

I live in NJ but would prefer NYC delivery. Is that an option?

I wanted to register in Nevada and take delivery in CA. I was told that was not possible and you must take delivery in the state where you intend to register. It may be different in NY/NJ so you’ll need to confirm with a sales or customer service rep.

I picked up my Model 3 in Utah, but registered and live in Montana no problem. There’s no showroom in MT though, so everyone has to go to WA, ID, or UT anyways.
