Cannot review videos in the truck anymore.

And saved or sentry videos can be viewed in the truck any more. I get an error message "Dashcam unexpectedly closed" This has been happening for a few weeks, I think, I don't view videos that often but I am thinking it was after the previous one or software updates.
I have a SAMSUNG T7 Shield 2TB Portable SSD that has been working perfectly for just about 2 years. Bought it may 23, 2024. I can view, transfer and play the videos with no problem on my laptop.
Anyone else having any issues like this?

This happened a few times on mine, kinda frustrating to the point where I give up, but you just keep relaunching it and it eventually loads.

I have tried at least 5 times, almost every time that I see I have a sentry video. I have the stock Tesla flash drive in there now, so tomorrow I'm going to see if I can read those videos in the truck.

Try formatting the drive. If not try a new drive, I’ve had a few nice drives bad, there are a lot of read and writes happening on that drive.
