So it seems that was true until I bugged the service manager into checking if they could get an expedited repair kit with the rivet gun and jig. They were able to get one overnighted so they repaired my pedal and released the truck to me. I heard somewhere on Twitter that Jacksonville should be removing the hold on May 1st

This crappy attitude towards customers is partially why 10% were fired.

You have no evidence that is why people were laid off … unless of course you have a reputable citation to share.

I asked for a clarification on the Lifetime Premium Connectivity. I was told when I placed the order (back in Jan 2024), it states on my Motor Vehicle Order Agreement, Vehicle Configuration - Lifetime Premium Connectivity is Included.
