I got my CB delivered on June 4th and haven't heard anything from tesla about powershare equipment and installation.
I contacted Qmerit by myself around end of June and I am getting a first quote a few days later. In that quote, I don't see any credit.
I rejected the first quote since it is bit high and get the second a week later, and I noticed the quote has 4k credit on it. I didn't think much since the quote was from a different company and they probably just want to make the number looks better. I rejected the second one eventually since it is even higher than the first one.
I was hoping to get a third quote since I am waiting for Tesla anyway, but Qmerit has trouble to find a third installer for two weeks. I asked them to assign me back to the first installer and I get the original quote back. This time, it shows the 4k credit on it.
After I approved the quote and asking for the next steps, I learned from Qmerit customer service that I already got the credit and the installer is waiting for the equipment shipping from Tesla. At this moment, I realized I probably got the credit already on my second quote, which is about 1-2 weeks after I contact Qmerit.
Until now, I still haven't heard anything from Tesla, but I would suggest beast owners do not waiting for Tesla, just apply it through Qmerit and you may just get your credit. Here is the link https://qmerit.com/assessment/cybertruck-powershare/
