I got my cyberbeast 6 months ago. After receiving the rejection letter. I went back and forth wih Tesla and finally convinced them that my place is eligible for the installation and that they need to hold up their end of the deal. This lasted for several months... Finally Qmerit contacted me and we got the project going. The installation was completed a couple of weeks ago. I was happy. I thought the bullshit is over. Today, I get an invoice from qmerit.

EDIT: Qmerit replied to me and it was a mistake on their part.

I dont know what your question suggests. I bought a cyberbeast that comes with hardware and an installation of up to $4k (i was one of the first people when this was offered).

To fully understand my frustration, you should read my communication with tesla. I had to explain several times that the reason that they gave me for the rejection (my home is a business which it is not) is not valid... As the man was installing the hardware, I spoke to him and said "are you guys covered because ther was so much back and forth with tesla" and he assured me that they work with qmerit all the time and that they're good to go... little do you know.... tesla does not fail to dissapoint...

Don’t worry about this bill.

Let them know you were part of the initial $4000 credit. Let them know what your delivery date was. They will send a PO to Tesla and get reimbursed the $4000

I’m a Premier Tesla Energy Partner and Installer

Asking selfishly....what Tesla email did you use to have the "discussion" about the $4000 install credit. I am in the same position and have emailed the SC and Home office, and I receiVe no responses. Thanks. Craig

Yeah, the invoice should include the Tesla credit.

Your screenshot cuts this off, hence the question.

I'm just baffled they didn't send you an estimate before doing the work. In my state that would make them responsible for any overages.

Exactly, is the $3k balance before or after the credit? Qmerit installations in my area are $6k to $8k.

The $3K balance was the total installation. I just updated the post. It turns out it was a mistake by Qmerit. They were not supposed to send me the invoice.
