Core wheel cover broken clip and center mini ring broken

My wheel covers were rattling and discovered the center ring broken off and the plastic pieces that held the ring were broken off the wheel covers. In another cover one of the clips broken off. Anybody have this issue and have they used their warranty to get replacements.

Yep and it will damage your wheels. Tesla replaced all four of my wheels and covers went in the garbage. Looks way better without them. Just added the center caps to cover the lug nuts.

Same happened to all 4 of mine. Service center said they'd get me new covers but it's the same design and will break again..
He mentioned after market covers that might be better..

Tesla sent a tech to the house to replace mine

On two different occasions, the SC replaced 2 and then 3 of my wheel covers for the same reasons. All under warranty. But it will happen again, and the wheels are scratched pretty badly under the covers.

After the first visit, I asked about fixing the wheels, but two different SC's said that's not possible, and they replaced the wheel covers only.

The plus is that the cabin is so quiet that I couldn't hear the rattle sound of the broken covers. But at the same time is that I had no idea how long I was driving around with that embarrassing sound.
