I'll just chime in again like I did back in post 27 because it is buried now. My SC said the fix is to add lubrication to the door latches. They ended up putting a small amount of white goop on them and I haven't had an issue since. Apparently there was non from the factory and they thought it was just missed on mine and apparently many others.

I had the noise happen on my passenger side door. I heard people put grease on the latch. I was hesitant to think it was because of no grease because it didn’t sound like it could be it, but to my surprise it solved the problem. I went to autozone and bought the cheapest container of grease I could find, it was a dark red which I didn’t realize until I opened it. I applied a dab of it on the movable latch part on the door and the contact points. Haven’t heard the noise in months, so I’m glad to say that it solved the problem.

This started happening to me about four weeks into having the CT. It was the entire truck making stretching noises. After about 100 more miles it completely went away.

I did 3 wraps of electrical tape on all the doors haven’t had an issue since.

Happens at parking lot speeds.
It’s not the door seals and it’s not the seats rubbing against the center console.

anyone familiar with this sound?

That noise is coming from door strikers, had that in my Beast for a while tesla will lubricate them but noise would come back, i fixed for good put some elletric tape on all 4 strikers and noise will go away until tesla has a fix for it.

Put grease on the latch. Go to autozone and get a small tub of grease. Dab a little grease on latch. Problem solved.

Wanted to update everyone watching this on a fix the service center did for my truck. I had the creak sound coming from what sounded like the B pillars when accelerating and braking. When I got to the service center we took it for a test drive and the tech confirmed he could hear the creaking. When I got the truck back the next day it was silent. The service note for this was:

Hope that is helpful!
Had mine for 4 months and I just got the creak from what sounds like my passenger side b-pillar. Thanks, to this thread, I know what to try to fix it: add some grease (I have some waterproof grease I use on the axle rod on my motorcyle) or electrical tape on the door striker.

EDIT: did some research and white lithium grease would be best to use.

Yes! I’m 25k also! Mine is much louder, I think. I’ll follow up with a recording.

Im so glad that I found this thread. Long story short. A screenshot of the OP's service notes prevented my CB from being transferred to tesla collision for structural inspection because SC couldn't fix the issue.

It turns out greasing the latches and insulating the strikers was that easy. Much thanks to this community.

Adding another data point. My truck developed a creak from the passenger door over the past few weeks - only really noticeable when accelerating or decelerating. The electrical tape trick worked for me too.
