Cyberbeast won’t charge with Wall Connector

I have a 2024 non FS Cyberbeast with Powershare and 2 universal wall connectors which have been working perfectly for the past year. This past Thursday I charged at home uneventfully to 80% and then when I tried to charge on Friday last week, I kept getting error messages. The weird thing is I can charge at the Tesla supercharger, so I barely made it to one. I am taking it to service tomorrow, not sure what the issue is. Should be covered under warranty, curious to see what they find.

We have had lots of rapid firmware updates during the last 6 weeks. Those firmware updates are probably revealing problems that have always been there.

Manufacturing defects are why pcs fail. Wonder if its the colder weather revealing the defects

Same problem with mine. I have a universal charger and it stops charging a few minutes after charging. Not close to the 80% limit I set. I tried multiple times with the same result. Also getting that dreaded error message while driving, the one that counts down the MPH to zero. I had the CT towed once to the Tyson’s Corner service center. Waiting until after the Holidays to do it again.

Had the same issue last month. Would only charge at 3MPH. Reboots did not correct this issue (see image). PCS required replacement. Fortunately, there was a Y loaner available with free supercharging. Dropped off on a Friday and ready for pickup the next Thursday.

I had the same problem this summer. They replaced the PCS. It wouldn’t charge on the AC wall unit but the Superchargers worked fine (DC power, I didn’t know that at the time). It was a two day fix at the Service Center.

I had the same charging issue in October of this year. The SC replaced the Ancillary Device C;uster Assembly and the Low Voltage Harness. This fixed the problem. It took a week to get the part in, but only a half day to fix it. It was under warranty and I was given a loaner as well.
