Cybertruck Contacting Microsoft in Tokyo

Anyone know why my Cybertruck is trying to connect to 40.79.189.59 and 40.79.197.35 which appear to be Microsoft in Tokyo? My router has region blocking and noticed it in the logs.

Those are MS Azure server addresses? Could be that Tesla uses Azure for cloud services though I was under the impression they were using AWS. But ahhh, Grok uses Azure.... hmmm

I'd being wondering more why it's not leveraging a better PoP based on Geo instead of reaching out all the way to a Japanese PoP. Check the logs, has it always tried Japan?

Not sure how accurate IP4 addresses are these days. One of my guys was in Cameroon (Africa) a few months back and the IP location showed Berlin. That was with Starlink as the ISP.
