Cybertruck split in half in multi-car accident in Frisco, TX

A G Wagon crashed into 7 parked vehicles at The Star in Frisco, TX. The first of 7 vehicles is a Cybertruck; split in half with the rear and bed no longer attached.

At least the CT's cant rail stayed on. But in all seriousness, I hope the driver will be okay.

Interestingly, the airbags don’t seem to have been deployed with that violent a crash. What if a passenger was sitting in the CT?
Or CT is a smart ass and knew no passengers and no deployment

Exactly. If it was only a Cybertruck hit, you could argue it was weak, but look at the damage to the other vehicles. It was flying and had enough kinetic energy to destroy that many vehicles. WOW!

It also doesn't have its crumple zone completely engaged. It would have to be traveling at an angle to its frame orientation to have a large enough surface. The surface size of the damage to the suv just doesn't seem congruent.

Is there another car that hit it as well and we don't see it because it disintegrated? I know truck beds are soft from the side, but...

Looks like the CT took the brunt of it. That's a hard hit for a parking area.

Anyone really notice the cab is entirely intact - if I’m in an accident the cab would be my main concern- looks 100% intact- go Tesla!
