Cybertruck Delivered with Center Caps

Odd that they’d have TESLA on the center cap, given there’s no where else on the truck that it does.

That doesn’t make sense to put TESLA labeled center caps on a truck you purposely didn’t include any Tesla badging on. I quite enjoy seeing people look down at that area trying to figure out what kind of car it is. That cap defeats the entire purpose of not labeling the truck. I can see it as an accessory for those that want it, but not delivered that way.

The center cap covers I saw at the service center didn’t look like they said anything, or at least I didn’t notice from about 10 feet away.

Oh ok. My response was to the picture @Coagulation took of a CT at his SC with the Tesla on the caps. Maybe it’s something new. ??

Interesting that they are issuing a TESLA logo on the wheel caps, as they have fastidiously avoiding the TESLA brand in the CT’s.

The "TESLA" center cap is 3D printed, and lug covers are aftermarket, Tesla doesn't have any solution right now. We do, but out of stock for about 3 weeks, after the first batch sold out in a couple of days. I don't know why Tesla doesn't come up with a solution, but I'm not holding my breath.

Make sure you put your center caps on the correct direction. Just like the Porsche shield should point to the valve stem, so should the outline of the Cybertruck which you can see in the attached images these center caps are installed properly. Just like with a Porsche you want to save valuable time when in the pits refueling and airing up the tires and you don't want the pit crew guessing where the valve stem is, the center cap should show them the way!

Kind of surprising Tesla would supply these given they went out of their way to avoid any Tesla branding anywhere else on this vehicle. But they do look nice and I hope they provide them as they look pretty rough without them.

Yeah those 3D printed Tesla ones are sold on Etsy, not official caps.

They are most likely aftermarket, not an official Tesla accessory. Tesla wouldn’t emboss the brand on the center cap.
