Based on this, seems like this is why I’m getting lies from my SC saying that they “have no visibility into my cybertruck” when it was supposed to be at the SC on the 18th. I think it’s hung up due to the motor issue and they are trying not to make a big deal out of it because they don’t want it blowing up. I know of a lot of people getting the same canned “we will reach out once it’s ready” response and their VINs seem to all be below 16xxx. It’s infuriating more than anything because all they would have to do is be honest and say “hey you are impacted, we are trying our best, it may be 1-2 weeks” I would totally understand that but that’s not what they are doing. They are lying and saying “it’s still in transit” when it’s clearly not or it would have arrived with the others that didn’t have issues.
