Gotta love when people pull content from your back catalog that no one has commented on in 2.5 years just to miss-read (or fail to read through), then criticize something in their own misunderstanding.

If you are going off roading it's because you like to actually drive! No need for FSD!

In this case the OP is talking about gravel roads which you drive to get places, not to have fun.

Crazy thing is, I agree in general that while off-roading I'd prefer to be the driver and have the fun of beating obstacle challenges. But that point is completely off topic of this thread.

Oh well. Hijacked thread is still something to read.

And if they followed some other areas of my back catalog they would see that even in the off-road, obstacle bound, far in the sticks situation, there are reasons to have FSD do the driving instead of you. The best case would be Ambulance mode if you or one of your party were severely injured out there.
