Cybertruck Insurance Premium Cost?

No cybertruck to quote but picked a new model Y. My insurance would go up an extra $2,400 a year above what I already pay now. The model 3 was not any cheaper.

Didn't see this previously but WTF!

We added our Model Y and our insurance initially went up to $1200/ year (not increase, total). Then we had some weird issues and changed insurance companies and we managed to nearly cut that in half. I'd have to double check but I think our insurance is $600/ year total right now with the brand new Model Y sitting in the driveway.

Yeah, we pay ~$4800/year for our vehicles. A couple years ago it was 50% higher, when we first got our bikes. (Most motorcycle crashes are in the first six months).

Insurance can be quite spendy, especially somewhere mechanics' rate starts at $150/hr.

The Y we’re getting was quoted at only $5 more a month to replace our 2016 Prius V, with the same coverage. Rates vary with region and carrier.
