On the very last picture you can see how thick is a metal sheet for the hood. 3 mm(like 2 quotars on top each other)

IT IS A THICK METAL but the finished product does not look good. There are many gaps in the junctions etc... I hope that the final product does not look like this. Monroe discussed Tesla finishing issues with model 3 and model y. Tesla needs to address them so that the final product is of good quality.

YOU ARE CORRECT, IT IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BUILT AND I AM SURE THAT TESLA IS AWARE OF THOSE GAPS AND WILL FIX THEM. I AM HAPPY WITH IT AND IT IS A LOT BETTER THAN THE ALTERNATIVE.

This is the prototype, after all. Just like the missing rearview side camera monitors are missing from the interior.
