Have been following for a long time. Super excited to see this finally coming to fruition!! Excited for the product and for you all finally realizing your vision ?
I appreciate it! I only wish this hadn't taken so long. It's far easier to talk about making something than actually making something! :D

@CybertruckCovers Can your covers be applied on already-wrapped Cybertrucks? Will they hold well? My CT is wrapped with PPF, but I really wouldn’t mind these on top every now and then :)

What about the issue of corrosion happening to the stainless when magnetic stickers are applied?
I wouldn't believe it, but I"ve had this happen on my trick. We had a small 6" round magnetic "sticker" for my kid's ski team and after about 1 month I removed it to find 5 or 6 spots of corrosion that were not easy to remove. Vehicle had been exposed to road salt.

We are currently testing a pre-treatment solution to be sold along side our colored magnetic panel kits to make certain that customers who choose to leave the magnetic panels on for months, rather than days have adequate protection against corrosion when driving in environments with excessive salt or grit on the roads. The solution would be applied to the stainless steel and allowed to fully cure before you apply the magnets. This should seal out any corrosive elements that can get between the magnets and the steel.

Obviously, you want to make sure the cover kit is applied to a clean vehicle. If you choose not to use any pre-treatment solution, you should remove the magnetic panels for regular cleaning when you wash your truck.

OP have you considered how magnets can alter the color of the stainless steel underneath?
Also have these been tested at high speed for blowoff?

I have not heard of any reports of stainless steel discolorations from the use of magnets specifically, although there were reports of this happening with some wraps and PPFs after an extended period of time. The Cybertruck stainless does develop a sort of patina when exposed to natural elements over time, so I suppose the reaction might be different when covering the steel. A small application of Bar Keeper's Friend or something similar should correct this if it were to happen.

Once again, use of a pre-treatment solution is recommended for long-term use and should also prevent any unlikely discoloration. Tests show that the pre-treament solution that may be included with our kits, even if left on for many months, leaves no discoloration after removal.

As far as blowoff is concerned, our test mule shown in the image below was tested up to 95 MPH through 300 miles of that bomb cyclone storm that occurred last November. No blowoff ever happened. We were very surprised how well it held.

We've appreciated everyone's patience while waiting for our product. It's been a long process to get our colored cover kits measured in. The Cybertruck's body panels, as many of us already know, are not precise or consistent. There are slight variations with each Cybertruck, so producing an exactly cut cover kit for a one size fits all solution is difficult. Sharp corners had to be radiused (rounded off) a bit to provide some room for error during DIY installation, and also to avoid air pockets from developing along any sharp corners during higher wind speeds that could result in lifting off the covers.

These covers are simple to print custom graphics on, so we will be offering made to order panel kits for businesses and anyone else who wants a unique look for their Cybertruck. Basic colors such as matte black, matte white and matte red will be offered first, but all of those colors can be printed on as well. Our cover kits will eventually be offered in nearly every color that is now currently available for regular vinyl wraps.

Stay tuned for more updates!

Super interesting @CybertruckCovers , good job on getting this far.

In terms of the 'magnets', is it a similar concept to the magnetic signs you can get for cars? but giant, and precisely cut? So every part of the underlying surface is magnetic? I think I use something similar, in tape form, for my warehouse rack labels.

Cyber Fridge Magnets - Love it! I think the name covers doesn’t quite do it justice.
