Yep, but it’s limited, and they give it to only CT owners. I have had four early morning SC appointments so far, but I still couldn’t manage to get a CT loaner. Hope they roll out more. Model X/Y loaner feels like an old horse cart compared to CT! ?

Yep, I had a foundation series AWD with AT tires as a loaner when my beast went in for the Cybertent install and wiper motor replacement last week. Cedar Spring SC in Dallas. There was also another beast in the lot awaiting pick-up with its light bar freshly installed - yes, I did speak with them - no, nothing they can do. That one was from a March 2024 delivery (I am in August).

I just dropped mine off in WPB and they said they had one CT loaner but it’s always out. Got “stuck” with a model Y but it’s not bad I suppose. Would be cool if I didn’t already drive a CT ?

My last service appointment they gave me a model X plaid. I didn't really like the car all that much besides the insane acceleration but they limited the speed to 85mph so it got pretty old to drive for the week they had my CT. I have another service appointment next week and hoping they give me another CT since I rely on the bed for work.

Very cool, took my Lightning in for the fourth time, no Lightning as loaner, just silly little Bronco Sport. LOL.

I was told my the service center I took mine to a couple weeks ago that they only have one CT loaner and it’s only for CT owners. It was out when I had my appointment.

I got a green wrapped CT loaner this week for 24h while getting a light bar and winter tire package installed. The SC said they have 2 CT loaners.

It was a very early vin and only had 7k on the odometer but was very old for its age.

It had a pronounced low frequency drone at speeds above 55mph and the front seats squeaked as they rubbed against the center console. It smelled like a wallet.

Still a better loaner than most I’ve received, and I am still thrilled I’ve been able to get a loaner at all after coming from other brands service experience.

From a marketing standpoint however, it would behoove them to clean and maintain their loaners a bit better in general.

I just had my beast in for light bar install (Raleigh NC) and got the CT AWD. It was nice to compare - reinforced why I got the beast.

Beside the dash and extra motor and less range there no much different . I drive the beast it's fast . Am I missing something. I got 8500 on mine .

Feel lucky if you get a loaner at all!
In my neck of the woods, no loaner available. SC had my CT for 3 days. At least, they fixed everything I asked.
