FYI for all the people affected by this that chose to use Tesla Insurance: I asked if the insurance start date would be adjusted automatically to match the delivery date, and it was a no.

So I recommend you save yourself some $$ by not insuring a car you don’t have yet.

I called them today and had them adjust accordingly, per your message they did indeed take out a new premium today and I called and had them reverse it.

Based on what I've seen, I think it would be best for them to redesign how it's attached which doesn't involve adhesives. A good ol' rivet gun will fix that!

Spoke with a service advisor regarding my delivery for 3/20. She stated my 25 AWD would be delayed around 10-15 days. They want to make sure nothing flew off while driving.

I was awaiting anxiously for delivery date and am also surrendering my X for buyback at same time. Timing was lining up perfectly until this. Trying to see how to align these back up. But here’s what I got.

You are correct, we did issue a hold on all Cybertrucks while they investigate a potential cantrail issue. We have not recieved an ETA for when this hold will be released, or what we will need to do to remedy the situation (if anything). It's still pretty fluid while they investigate.

I'm waiting to order. I'm taking a 25k loss on my Model Y from 2023, but it's all good. It taught me I want nothing else but electric cars for the rest of my life. I love the torque. Visited my local service center today as I had an appointment for my model y. Asked if they have an Estimated time to take delivery and there isn’t one. The sales person and the service technician acted very clueless when I was saying my vehicle is in containment for a cantrail issue.
Lots of cybers in the lot so said hey let me find mine and at least give it a walk over. But couldn’t find it. I went inside and they told me it’s inside in the back to keep it out of the elements and protect it. At least there’s that. Also discovered my manufacturer date is September 2024.
