Call the corporate number, (888) 518-3752 and select option 1, then option 1 again. When the recording asks what your question is, say you want to speak to a customer service representative. It should ask for your zip code then redirect you to the service center in your area. Good luck.

I would love for you to be right, it would mean vin to delivery should start dropping... did they say when that change took place?

Not the case. Rail siding delays can be extensive. Once the VIN is assigned, there’s still plenty of potential delays in the chain of custody before reaching final destination.

Tony2times is absolutely correct, especially for rail deliveries to the Northeast.

DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY to Tesla in your app until after it's confirmed your vehicle is sitting in their lot at the local Tesla Service Center. Paying in advance will cause you to start making payments on a vehicle that has not been delivered.

Hundreds of Tesla vehicles cannot move out of the rail yards in Texas because other car manufacturers are not selling their cars, thus causing other manufacturer's vehicles to sit in rail cars ahead of Tesla's vehicles. This is causing the complete blockage of Tesla vehicles from getting shipped to the local Service Centers.
