Did not receive Universal Wall Charger

Has anyone had this issue and if so, how did you get it resolved.

With the Cybertruck Foundation series comes the Powershare and Universal Wall Charger. Tesla shipped the powershare on 7/31 and it arrived shortly thereafter......But no Universal Wall Charger. I emailed [email protected] on 8/5, 13, 16 & 20.....no response.

I've now called Tesla on 8/21 and was promised a response in 3-5 business days.....no response.

I called again on 8/30, spoke with a "supervisor" and was promised an email within 1 hour......NO response.

I'd love to have a charger at my house other than the trickle charge that can't even cover my daily commuting. Any suggestions on how to get Tesla to respond?

I had this exact issue and emailed the same address. I also pinged my local SC about it which may or may not have helped. Took about a week and got a note the wall connector shipped out. Should be here next Wednesday.
If you go back to your orders on the app does it just show the gateway on the order? That’s what mine looked like (I.e not the bundle)

Yeah, my order shows just the gateway. I've reached out to the local service center as well via the app. Should I pay them a visit?

I got my CB 8/21. It doesn’t come with a wall charger, it comes with the mobile charger. I received a $2,500 Tesla Credit in the app wallet a few days latter. No one knew about this at the showroom, where I was told to go ahead and buy at the store and that I would receive a refund… not true. I had to return the items to receive a refund to my card, order again using the credit, and return the second shipment using the return label from the first order.
