Dimension of Cybertruck front. For Sec 179

I’m looking for the measurement from the front most part of the windshield to the front of the truck.
came across this info about truck specifics for sec 179.
is this accurate?
What about #2. There is seating behind the driver. Does that affect the Cybertruck.
Anyone familiar with this? I have not ever used Sec 179, but can with my business.

I see a lot of ors in there. It has a 6 foot bed and is enclosed and not readily accessible from inside so I think you're good. And it's over 6000lbs so that's awesome.

I'm planning on using it too so I'll be staying tuned to what the real pros say.

I'm not sure of the bed is "at least 6 ft.

But there definitely is seating behind the driver. And that section seems to leave out any crew cabs.
It looks like they are focused on "not pickup trucks". Just the 30 inches ahead of windshield seems to get rid of a lot of vehicles, Cybertruck being one of the exclusions.

It appears to me that they are really talking about "cab over" vehicles.

So does it seem like 179 is not really intended for vehicles, more for 18 wheelers or box trucks?
I first heard about Sec 179 from someone who purchased a model X and was able to write off a lot of it for business.
