I was supposed pick up my new CT tomorrow. It was postponed because it was “delayed in transit”

I was right by the dealer and stopped by just to see if might be there. There were 19 cyber trucks. They were filthy, rust on brakes and one brand new one was not only dirty but a flat tire. They looked like they have been sitting for months. Some trucks with the same specs I ordered. These were new, plastic still on seats. No plates. They looked abandoned.

I can’t believe the manager of that location leaves the inventory in that condition. No other brand would do that. Gives me pause about the state of the brand. It was like a grave yard. This is a showroom and lot in busy retail corridor.

What am I getting into…..

What am I getting into…..

I just got my demo Cybertruck with 2200 miles last week. It was dirty inside. I found lip gloss between the seats. Dirty foot prints on the carpet and seat backs. Dog hair in the truck bed. Other than a rattle in a back passenger door I am really loving this truck. I took it off-road today for the first time. Something I don't have much experience at, yet there I was, having a blast. Maneuvering around ruts and rocks with the help of rear wheel steering and drive by wire. I just have the stock Scorpions but it was great. Hope they are good in the snow this winter.

May be I was lucky, our Sales Representative located a 2025 Cybertruck (matched all the options we liked) at our local Tesla dealer.

The truck had 15 miles on the odometer when we picked it up. It was pretty clean, just some water marks in the bed (probably from the car wash.) Its interior still had the mild new car smell.

Troll. Easy to recognize. Attacks the brand with information that is clearly made up. EVERY vehicle had something wrong with it? Not likely Ha.

I'd like to see pictures of this alleged Cybertruck lot you speak of with rusting trucks and a neglected flat tire. We see inventory groups of them, but nothing degrading like what youre talking about. I received mine in clean and pristine condition. I had some complaints with sloppy panel alignment though.

I love the CT, and hope to get my delivery today or tomorrow. My wrap/tint appointment is Monday. Elctrician is adding a 60am circuit and gen3 home Charger today. I am all in.

I don’t think the trucks were defective. I just thought they were dirty. Most car dealers do better jobs and maintaining the appearance of the cars on their lot. I think the manager needs to wash his inventory.

I wasn’t a Tesla fan. I didn’t get it. I have pulled a full 180 and embraced the stock and their cars

I actually did take pic of the one with the flat and sent to my son. I don’t need to argue online. I am rooting for Tesla.

Not looking to argue either. I wonder what the story is with that one, as its missing its cover too. I've never seen any manufacturers inventory other than whats up for sale on a lot, which Tesla doesnt even do, so I have no idea what the cleanliness of F150s for example would be if in inventory somewhere other than a dealership lot.
