I finally finished my DIY bull bar to protect/surround my custom KC light bar. None of the ones commercially offered really hit the aesthetic that I was looking for. It’s not ideal for brush, or for pushing, but it still allows me easy access to the frunk, bolts direct to the existing bumper mounting holes, and most importantly, I really like the final look. I included some pics from this morning, as well as a couple with it just tacked up on the bench. Its laser cut from .125" carbon steel, with a powder coat finish that matches the T-Sportline bumpers finish.
The CT is awesome; it’s like a blank canvas that you can just keep creating on. Once my roof top tent finally arrives, I have some ideas that I'd like to try for that as well. I'm also really looking forward to the eventual release of the T-Sportline CTX rear bumper too!
